Weetwood Hall Estate, which dates back to 1540, is full of original and elegant features, such as the lions head and owl cartouche ceilings and the stone mullioned windows, boasting its own private entrance with roaring open fire the Manor House hosts 3 function rooms which vary in size can seat from 10 to 54 guests, 14 individually bedrooms designed to reflect the traditional features. The bedrooms comprise of manor house superior rooms, feature rooms and feature four poster rooms accommodating up to 26 guests in total. This area is perfect for those special occasions and available for exclusive use.
Jacobean Room
Our grade II listed Jacobean room is perfect for the ultimate dining experience, the room in captures 17th Century features such as bright sash windows and a feature fireplace whilst providing delicious freshly prepared menus to suit any occasion.
Jacobean room can seat up to 54 guests for a private event but is also a popular choice for meetings providing a private and tranquil conference environment with all the facilities required for a meeting,
The Jacobean room is the perfect setting for business or pleasure.
Weetwood Room
Weetwood room is situated in our 17th Century Manor House and is the ideal for intimate events for up to 30 guests. Featuring large sash windows and a cartouche ceiling this room provides grandeur in the heart of Leeds.
Weetwood room is available to hire for those special events or meetings wanting a touch of luxury. We have a variety of menus available which can suit to any event you are organising.
The Boardroom
The Boardroom in our grade II listed Manor House can seat up to 10 guests on a boardroom style table and is perfect for those smaller important meetings, with refreshments in the room to keep delegates focused.
The Boardroom is the ideal setting for private events for up to 10 people, with delicious freshly prepared menus this room provides a grand and relaxing environment.

Accommodation
The Manor House has 14 feature en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 26 guests. Two of the bedrooms include a feature four-poster bed. Each bedroom is individually designed to reflect the period features of the Manor House and include bathrobes, freshly ground coffee, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, upgraded toiletries and hairdryer. If you wish to make the most of your bedroom then continental breakfast can be served to your room.
Manor House Weddings
Our Grade II listed, 17th Century Jacobean Manor House is the perfect venue for an exclusive intimate wedding. If you are looking for stunning period features, a roaring fire in the entrance lobby for winter weddings and a sweeping staircase, then the Manor House is the venue for you.
The details:
The Jacobean Room can seat up to 80 guests for a civil ceremony or partnership and 54 for a wedding breakfast.
The Weetwood Room can accommodate up to 54 guests for a civil ceremony or partnership.
Exclusive use includes the Jacobean Room and Weetwood Room for your wedding ceremony, breakfast and evening reception and the use of all 14 bedrooms in the Manor House.
