I am a Sport Therapist providing sport massage and sport therapy (physiotherapy) from Weetwood Hall Estate. I have over a year’s experience in clinical setting, gaining a wealth of experience working with patients ranging from the NHS workers to Olympic medallists and World Champions.
I have a 1st class degree from Leeds Beckett University in Sport and Exercise Therapy and currently work with Athletes Foundry, where I work alongside Physiotherapists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches to provide the highest quality treatment and rehabilitation that meets the needs of every individual patient.

Weetwood Hall have been providing pre match facilities for both our league and union teams, it is a great space for our players to get together and into the right mind set ready for a match at Emerald Headingley Stadium. Additionally, the team have been kind enough to provide brilliant accommodation for our new players, staff and client whilst they are in the Leeds area. The staff are always professional and friendly, making our experience better than we could have ever imagined. We are looking forward to continuing and further building our relationship with Weetwood Hall through the Leeds Rhinos Foundation.

We’re really grateful to be working with a great hotel like Weetwood, it’s a fantastic setting that will enhance the Mantality retreat program and the team there really do share our belief in what we’re aiming to achieve. If this first retreat is successful, we’d love to potentially look to hold them quarterly, which is exciting.
